Warranty

We offer a one year warranty on all of our watches, meaning if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it.

If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect, and was purchased within one year, please contact us at info@hendrixwatches.com.au. All warranty claims require a proof of purchase, and please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website.

The warranty doesn’t cover any form of damage due to lack of care, contact with water, and normal wear and tear.
